Savli Technology & Business Incubator (STBI) has launched its flagship Acceleration Programme to fast-track high-growth startups from prototype and validation to market expansion, investor readiness, and capital expansion. By bridging world-class incubation infrastructure with four specialized ecosystem partners, STBI provides end-to-end support across deep tech, biotechnology, healthcare, clean energy, and manufacturing.

Institutional Backing & Vision

The Savli Technology & Business Incubator (STBI) Acceleration Programme is a strategic initiative designed to scale high-impact, science- and technology-driven startups into market-ready enterprises.

• Government of Gujarat Support: The programme is backed with official financial support from the Department of Science & Technology, Government of Gujarat.

Program Architecture & Structure

The STBI Acceleration Programme is structured to provide high-touch execution across roughly 3 months, combining rigorous in-person engagement with tailored domain mentorship.

• Duration & Active Engagement: The programme runs over approximately 3 months, delivering a minimum of 21 days of customized active sessions designed around each startup's current growth stage.
• Hybrid Delivery Model: Delivered as a hybrid cohort with at least 50% in-person interaction to ensure hands-on guidance, peer collaboration, and direct ecosystem access.
• Execution Venue: Sessions are conducted at specialized venues designated in concurrence with STBI, providing direct access to STBI’s advanced lab facilities, testing centers, and infrastructure.

Core Focus Areas & Outcomes

Participating ventures work directly with our acceleration network across seven core operational tracks:

1. Product & Technology Validation: Aligning technology readiness with industry standards and user testing requirements.
2. Scale-Up Strategy: Transitioning from early prototypes to scalable manufacturing and commercial deployment.
3. Market Access & GTM: Defining target segments, commercial channels, unit economics, and go-to-market execution.
4. IP & Regulatory Compliance: Navigation of patent strategies, standard certifications, clinical/bio-pharma compliance, and licensing.
5. Financial Structuring & Unit Economics: Refining cash flow projections, pricing structures, and valuation strategies.
