Savli Technology and Business Incubator (STBI) – as a NIDHI-SS program fund partner provides capital assistance for strengthening start-ups with new and meritorious ideas, innovations and technologies. The NIDHI SSP Fund support to start-ups is to act as a bridge between promoters’ investment and venture/angel investment for enabling start-ups to attain sustainability in the long run.

The salient features /terms for the usage of fund support under the NIDHI SSP Fund scheme are as under:

Basic Terms

1. The startup must be an Indian-registered company.
2. Startups should have a defined USP validated by customers and a clear value proposition.
3. Not applicable to Indian subsidiaries of MNCs/foreign firms. 
4. At least 51% shareholding must be with Indian promoters.
5. If shortlisted, the start-up has to  be associated with STBI 

Seed Support shall NOT be used for: 

1. Repayment of loans/dues of promoters or their associates. 
2. Creation of personal assets. 
3. Repayment of loans from other sources or interest on such loans. 
4. Extending loan support to promoters or associates. 
5. Inter-corporate deposits or speculative purposes. 
6. Personal benefit of promoters/associates. 
7. Purchase of shares/securities by the company/promoters or any other areas restricted by the incubator’s designated committee.
