About STBI
Savli Technology and Business Incubator (STBI), under the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of Gujarat, invites Expressions of Interest (EoI) from eligible and experienced Consultants/Firms for empanelment. The empanelled Consultants/Firms will support Startups, Innovators, and MSMEs under the Gujarat Innovation & Technopreneurship Hub (GInTech Hub).

Submission Instructions
- Applicants are required to submit separate hard copy applications for each empanelment category strictly as per the instructions given in the respective EoI document.
- Deadline: 23rd December 2025 up to 17:00 HRS IST.
- Applications received after the due date will not be considered under any circumstances.
